DRFG a.s. operates the website www.green-kh.cz and will process your enquiry made on this website in its database systems primarily for the purpose of contacting you regarding the matter you are enquiring about.
Which of your personal data is affected and for what purposes will we process this data?
On the basis of your completed and submitted form, we will process the following data about you: name and surname, content and time of delivery of the message, IP address, email, telephone.
The purpose of processing personal data is primarily to respond to your enquiry/process your request.
In this context, this data may also be used for the possible protection of our rights and the rights of third parties, to check the functioning of our computer system and ensure its security, to improve our services incl.
Statistical purposes, bookkeeping and the fulfilment of our legal obligations.
We will process your personal data on our computer systems where we will store your contact details and history of communication with you.
If your enquiries are passed on to a third party for processing, this will only be done for the purpose of dealing with your enquiry or request.

Legal basis for processing
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the provision of our services based on your request, the legitimate interests of our company and third parties (which are primarily determined by the nature of the service provided, the possibility of a dispute between you and the supplier over the services provided and our obligation to prove to paying customers what services we have provided to them) and the fulfilment of legal requirements (prevention of tortious activities, compliance with requirements under data protection regulations, accounting and compliance with obligations under tax regulations, etc.).
Who will handle this information and to whom will it be passed on?
We usually forward your enquiry to the development company, owner or entity that manages the property.
Therefore, we may disclose your personal data to specific third parties.
In addition, they may also have access to your personal data to a certain extent
(i) the operators of our IT systems,
(ii) persons who provide email distribution for us, if we use such persons,
(iii) the operators of our backup servers and data backups; and
(iv) our economic, legal and tax advisors and auditors, as applicable.
How long will we process your data?
We will store your enquiries for a reasonable period of time depending on the type of enquiry.
The length of time our company will store your data may vary for different purposes of processing your data (e.g. it will be longer in the case where you actually enter into a contract with the owner of the relevant property, where we need such data for bookkeeping purposes and we will store it for the period of time required by law).
Your rights
This is to inform you that you are not obliged to provide us with any data and providing it is voluntary, however, without providing some of the data marked as mandatory we will not be able to provide you with our service.

April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”): Please note that you have the right with our company as the controller of your personal data:
- to request access to the personal data we process about you, which means the right to obtain confirmation from our company as the controller as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed and, if so, the right to obtain access to such personal data and to the other information referred to in Art.
15 of the Regulation, - request correction of the personal data we process about you if it is inaccurate.
Taking into account the purposes of the processing, in some cases you also have the right to request the completion of incomplete personal data, - request the deletion of personal data in the cases provided for in Art.
17 of the Regulation, - request the restriction of data processing in the cases provided for in Art.
18 of the Regulation, - to obtain personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit such data to another controller, subject to the conditions and limitations set out in Art.
20 of the Regulation; and - you have the right to object to processing within the meaning of Art.
21 of the Regulation on grounds relating to your particular situation.
Processing of the application
If we receive your request in accordance with the preceding paragraph, we will inform you of the measures taken without undue delay and in any event within one month of receipt of the request.
This time limit may be extended by a further two months if necessary and in view of the complexity and number of requests.
If we do not take the measures you request, we are obliged to inform you without delay and at the latest within one month of receipt of the reasons for not taking the measures.
Please note in this context that in certain cases set out in the Regulation we are not obliged to comply with your request in whole or in part.
This will be the case, in particular, if your request is manifestly unfounded or unreasonable, in particular because it is repetitive.
In such cases, we may
(i) impose a reasonable fee, taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or communication requested or of taking the action requested; or
(ii) refuse to comply with the request.
If we receive your request but have reasonable doubt about your identity, we may ask you to provide additional information necessary to confirm your identity.
Please also note that if you believe that our company is processing your personal data unlawfully or otherwise violating your rights, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection, or seek judicial protection.
Consent to the transfer of personal data
By submitting the completed contact form, I grant DRFG a.s., ID No.: 28264720, consent to the transfer of my personal data in the scope of name, telephone and e-mail to DRFG Home s.r.o., ID No.: 14100495 for the purpose of contacting me in the future regarding the offer of mortgage financing and to DRFG Real Estate Project XV.
s.r.o., ID No.: 099 79 891 for the purpose of contacting me in the future regarding the preparation of a purchase contract or other legal relations.
I understand that I may be contacted by telephone or email for the above purposes.
This consent is granted for a period of 1 year and can be revoked at any time (by email to home@drfg.cz).
