In the magical landscape below Kunětice Mountain, 18 family houses will be built, which together will form a coherent residential area complete with greenery, sidewalks and its own road. The new project will offer modern living in spacious houses within easy commuting distance to Pardubice and Hradec Králové. The project was prepared by the investment group DRFG and the general contractor is DMG Stav.
